Assisted Reproductive Technology

This area is a growing and challenging field of law. Commonly known as surrogacy or surrogate parenting, this area of law involves a broader spectrum including such things as egg donation, sperm donation, embryo donation and both traditional and gestational surrogacy. Mr. Stewart as a member of the recently established American Academy of Assisted Reproduction Technology Attorneys is a leading practitioner in this area. This field of law involves collaboration with the field of medical science and mental health professionals. The laws of various states differ significantly. Mr. Stewart is licensed in the State of Illinois which has the Uniform Gestational Surrogacy Law. He has also developed legal procedures for the State of Missouri.
